Fluency in French and English is required.Responsibilities:Provide IT support in person, by phone, email and by connecting remotely.Answer calls and handle Helpdesk tickets.Troubleshoot and document IT issues, including software, network connectivity, viruses, and websites.Set up and support equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, Voip phones, and projectors.Access and support websites and company softwareTrack equipment using EZOffice Inventory system.Ship and receive equipment.Occasional travel maybe required.Qualifications:5 years experience in an IT support role.A+ and Microsoft certification.Technical proficiency with equipment and software.Effective documentation skills and diligence in ticketing and recording information.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis.Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written. As part of the Helpdesk team, the IT Support Representative works interactively with staff and management. This position will work 2 days per week from the office in Quebec. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $55,000-60,000.
